10 Great Exercises to Improve Your Eyesight



1. Blink for a minute
2. Rotate your head while staring ahead
3. Look to your right and left (while not moving your head)
- after finishing, close your eyes for a few seconds
4. Close your eyes and relax
5. Move your gaze in different directions (while not moving your head)

- draw a figure 6 with your eyes
6. Close and open your eyes
- close 5 secs
- open
- repeat
7. Push against your temples with your fingers
8. Draw geometric figures with your gaze
9. Move your eyeballs up and down (while closing your eyes)
10. Strenghten your eyes' near and far focusing
- 10 inch (thumb) {10-15 secs}
- 5-10 feet {10-15 secs}
- 10-20 feet {10-15 secs}
- refocus on thumb (10 inch)
